Where do I find my order ID?
It is shown on the confirmation screen right after checkout and looks like J4PK-2026-4821. It is also saved under My Orders in your account.
Can I track an order placed on another phone?
Tracking on this page reads orders placed in this browser. For any other order, message us on WhatsApp with your order ID and we will reply with the live status.
How long does delivery take?
Two to four working days for Lahore, Karachi and Islamabad. Three to six working days for other cities.
What if my parcel is late?
