1. General information
The content on JUST4PK — product descriptions, specifications, guides, delivery estimates and policy text — is provided in good faith for general information. We work hard to keep it accurate and current, but we make no representation that it is complete or error-free at every moment.
2. Product imagery
Product visuals on this store are high-quality illustrative renders created for JUST4PK, not photographs of the exact unit in the box. Colours, packaging, cable length and minor cosmetic details vary between manufacturing batches. The written specifications on each product page are what we commit to; if a specification matters to you, confirm it with us on WhatsApp before ordering.
3. Pricing and availability
Prices, discounts and stock levels change with import costs and supply. A price shown on this site is an offer to sell at that price at the time your order is confirmed by our team. If we cannot honour a displayed price — for example because of an obvious error — we will tell you before dispatch and you may cancel with a full refund.
4. Delivery estimates
Delivery dates are estimates based on courier performance, not guarantees. Weather, public holidays, courier backlog, road closures and address problems can add days. Where a delay is our fault we will tell you and, where possible, refund the delivery charge.
5. Brand and trademark names
Product and brand names mentioned on this website are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and compatibility purposes only. Mention of a brand does not imply endorsement by that brand, and JUST4PK is an independent retailer.
6. External links
This website links to WhatsApp, social platforms and payment providers. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices or availability. Their own terms and policies apply once you leave this site.
7. Technology and availability of the site
We aim for this store to be available around the clock, but interruptions for maintenance, hosting issues or traffic spikes can happen. Cart, wishlist, saved addresses and order history kept in your browser are cleared if you clear your browser data or use a different device or private-browsing window.
8. No professional advice
Nothing on this website is legal, financial, medical or technical advice. Product compatibility guidance is general; check your own device specifications before ordering.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, JUST4PK is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Our liability for products you buy is set out in the Terms & Conditions and the Return & Refund Policy, and nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.
10. Consent
By using this website you consent to this disclaimer and accept its terms. If you do not agree with any part of it, please do not use the site.
