2. Using this website
- You must be at least 16 years old to place an order, or have a parent or guardian order on your behalf.
- You agree to give accurate information when ordering, especially your phone number and delivery address.
- You may not scrape, resell, reverse-engineer or attempt to disrupt this website or its catalogue.
- Content on this site — text, product artwork, branding and layout — belongs to JUST4PK and may not be copied for commercial use without written permission.
3. Products, pricing and availability
- All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable sales tax unless stated otherwise on the product page.
- Discount percentages are calculated against the previous selling price shown as the struck-through "old price".
- Delivery is a flat Rs 249 nationwide.
- Stock levels are shown on each product page. Occasionally an item may sell out between you adding it to the cart and our team confirming the order — in that case we will tell you before dispatch and refund or substitute with your agreement.
- Product images on this store are illustrative renders. Colours and minor packaging details can vary between batches. Specifications listed on each product page are what we commit to.
4. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when our team confirms the order by phone or WhatsApp and dispatches it. Until that point we may cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if the address is incomplete, or if we cannot reach you.
You will always be told why an order was cancelled, and any amount already paid is refunded in full.
5. Payment
- Cash on Delivery (live now) — pay the rider in cash when your parcel arrives. Every COD order is confirmed by phone first.
- Bank transfer and wallet payments (JazzCash, Easypaisa, UPaisa, NayaPay, Raast ID) — send the order total to the account shown at checkout and share the payment screenshot on WhatsApp; dispatch happens once the payment is confirmed.
If a courier cannot collect payment on a COD order after two attempts, the parcel is returned to us and we may ask for advance payment before reshipping.
6. Delivery
Full details, timelines and courier coverage are in our Shipping Policy. In short: 2–4 working days for major cities, 3–6 working days elsewhere, dispatched the same working day when you order before 4pm.
7. Returns, refunds and warranty
Returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy: 7 days from delivery for unopened items in original packaging, with faulty or wrong items collected at our cost. Manufacturer warranties are honoured through us for the period stated on each product page.
8. Your account
If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your details accurate. This storefront currently keeps account data in your own browser; a server-side account system will follow. Do not use the account area to store payment credentials.
9. Limitation of liability
We are liable for the products you buy from us and for the delivery of those products. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost business opportunity, or for delays caused by courier networks, weather, strikes or events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer in Pakistan.
10. Cancellation by us
We may suspend or cancel access to the website, or cancel an order, where there is suspected fraud, abusive behaviour, a pricing error we cannot honour, or a legal requirement to do so. We will explain the reason whenever we can.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Courts in Pakistan have jurisdiction. Any dispute should first be raised with us directly — most are resolved within a few days.
12. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms as the business changes. The revision date at the top of this page updates whenever they do. Orders already placed continue under the terms that applied when you ordered.
