How do I place an order?
Add products to your cart and press Proceed to Checkout, fill in your delivery details and choose Cash on Delivery. You can also order directly on WhatsApp — send us the product name and your address.
Do you deliver outside Lahore?
Yes. We deliver to more than 140 cities across Pakistan. A flat Rs 249 delivery fee applies on every order.
How long does delivery take?
Two to four working days for Lahore, Karachi and Islamabad. Three to six working days for other cities. Your tracking page shows the live stage.
Can I return a product?
Yes — within 7 days of delivery, in the original unopened packaging with all accessories. Faulty or wrong items are collected from your address at our cost.
Which payment methods work right now?
Cash on Delivery is available nationwide. You can also pay by bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa, UPaisa, NayaPay or Raast: send the amount to the account shown at checkout and share the screenshot on WhatsApp.
Are the products original?
Every item is sourced from named distributors and carries the manufacturer warranty where one applies. The warranty length is listed in the Specifications tab on each product page.
